Serve with us

God calls His people to go.

For over twenty years, young people have come to Ukraine to serve alongside us — learning what it means to be a missionary not from a classroom, but by doing the work shoulder to shoulder with our team. We’re still at it, and we’d love for you to be part of it. If that call stirs something in you, let’s talk.

Come and do the work

Discipling the next generation of laborers has been part of who we are from the beginning — it’s the third strand of our mission, and we remain committed to it. The need in Ukraine is as real as it has ever been, and the harvest is plentiful. We’re looking for people who are ready to give a season of their lives to the Gospel, to learn by serving, and to find out first-hand what God can do through a willing heart.

You don’t need to have it all figured out. You need to be willing to go.

The best place to start

Right now, the clearest on-ramp is Ukraine Gospel Outreach (UGO) — our trips into the de-occupied villages of southern Ukraine, carrying the Gospel and practical aid to families near the front. It’s real work in a real place: loading vans, preaching in the villages, putting an aid box and a clear word about Jesus into a family’s hands. For someone wondering whether missionary service is for them, it’s a chance to get your feet wet — to taste the work, serve beside our team, and see Ukraine up close.

This grew out of years of doing exactly this kind of thing through Carpathian Mountain Outreach — bringing teams to live and labor with us each summer. The setting has changed with the war; the heart of it hasn’t.

Counting the cost

We want to be straight with you: this is a real commitment, in a country at war. Serving here asks for flexibility, a teachable spirit, and a clear-eyed understanding of where you’re going. Fit, timing, and safety are things we work through together, one person at a time — which is exactly why the next step is a conversation, not a form to qualify for.

If you’re ready, or even just seriously wondering, that’s reason enough to reach out.

How it works

It's simple, and it starts with you saying hello.

  1. Tell us a little about yourself

Send us a short message — who you are and why you’re interested.

  2. We'll set up a conversation

A call over Zoom or Google Meet, so we can get to know each other.

  3. We'll figure out the fit together

What serving could look like for you, and what comes next.

It's the start of a relationship.

Let's talk

For now, the conversation starts on our contact form. Tell us who you are, where you're from, your church, and what's drawing you to serve in Ukraine, and we'll be in touch to set up a time to talk.
